Qualifications

• High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and ability to interpret/update them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and produce monthly owner reports.
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications) and approve/pay.
• Schedule projects, ensure quality control, and manage overall logistics.
• Manage closeout processes and client communications to meet needs.
• Collaborate with superintendent and site operations team throughout the project.
