Job summary

Valley Design & Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from conception through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for construction, excellent leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver on time and to the quality standards expected by clients.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, specifications, and complete plan sets.
• Experience managing construction project budgets and costs.
• Procore proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from conception through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
