BF Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will plan the project, drive the schedule, coordinate subcontractors and internal field crews, manage procurement and project financials, communicate with clients, and solve problems before they affect production. Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Ability to own project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and procurement.
• Experience managing multiple active projects.
• Proven track record in client communication and risk management.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, procurement, documentation, and client communication.
• Oversee 3–5 active projects; develop execution plans before mobilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate trade sequencing.
• Track costs, change orders, and subcontractor billing; ensure accuracy.
