Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry, focusing on commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timeline, quality and budget.
• Review and interpret project plans and specs to understand scope, including cost estimation and scheduling.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, resolving issues and ensuring plan conformity.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors for effective communication.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet delivery and budget.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management and clients.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance through site inspections and audits.
• Manage project risks and contingency plans.
• Implement project management processes and systems to improve efficiency.
