Valley Design & Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from conception through completion.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, specifications, and complete plan sets.
• Experience managing construction project budgets and costs.
• Procore proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from conception through completion.

Valley Design & Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for construction, excellent leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project teams.

The Project Manager is responsible for taking ownership of each project and ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our clients. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, accountable, and capable of seeing the big picture while also managing the details that can make or break a project.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the client, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. This is a hands‑on position that combines field leadership, project management, client relations, scheduling, financial oversight, and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, specifications, and complete plan sets.
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets and costs.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Advanced understanding of construction risk management principles and procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers and construction management software.
• Proficiency with Procore preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required.
