Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager for Corporate Interiors in El Segundo, CA. The role leads the project from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The PM will oversee budgets, scheduling, safety, and quality control, while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety documentation per company standards
• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects
• Conduct pre-construction RFP package development
• Lead project meetings and monthly owner reports
• Schedule projects and ensure quality control
• Establish project processes (RFIs, submittals, pay apps)
• Coordinate with construction team and subcontractors
• Manage closeout processes and client relations
