Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in high end corporate interiors and tenant improvements to lead sophisticated commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage portfolios of concurrent projects, potentially up to five, with budgets of $3M–$10M, while maintaining safety and quality to HITT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including corporate interiors/tenant improvement.
• Demonstrated PM experience delivering projects in the $3M–$10M range.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishes, MEP coordination, procurement, scheduling, and subs management.

Responsibilities

• Lead high end corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, forecast, and manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, constructability, scheduling, and RFP development.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, and subcontractor change orders.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and logistics.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and subs and provide clear project reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, or client satisfaction.
• Oversee project turnover, punch list, commissioning, and closeout.
