Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team, based out of El Segundo, CA. You will lead, mentor, and oversee PMs and APMs across multiple projects ($5M–$30M), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction while building strong client relationships.

You will drive project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and procurement, and develop talent within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience leading and developing Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and project teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience with projects ranging from $5M-$30M.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop PMs and APMs responsible for portfolios of ~5–8 active projects.
• Provide executive-level oversight across commercial construction projects typically ranging from $5M-$30M.
• Mentor and develop APMs and PMs to strengthen technical knowledge and leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across teams.
• Maintain visibility across portfolios and identify risks, challenges, and resource needs.
• Guide projects through full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
