Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in high end corporate interiors and tenant improvements to lead sophisticated commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects ($3M–$10M each), lead client relations, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining HITT’s quality standards and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and read/interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead high end corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects ranging from $3M–$10M.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, potentially up to five.
• Serve as primary project leader and client point of contact from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, forecast, and manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting and RFP development.
• Manage project controls (RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps).
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to maintain safety, schedule, and quality.
