Job summary

Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial concrete construction operations in State College, PA.

This full-time role requires coordinating daily field activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with project plans and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of formwork, foundations, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, finishing, and structural concrete

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Current OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project locations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating concrete pours, pumps, ready‑mix deliveries, finishing crews, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, including labor, materials, and equipment planning.
• Supervise concrete crews, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate concrete pours, deliveries, labor, equipment, pumps, and materials to maintain workflow.
• Lead project meetings, perform site inspections, and enforce quality control standards.
• Track and report project progress, identify risks, and help maintain schedule and budget using Procore.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, changing orders, and shop drawing reviews.
