Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including data center construction, core and shell structures, and concrete slab work. You will oversee planning, field operations, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination on multiple sites.

The successful candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, proven self-perform concrete experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in construction

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring all activities align with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and terms to staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
