Job summary

CCS Building Group in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead the field execution of commercial construction projects. You will supervise CCS employees, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and to project specifications.

Responsibilities include developing look-ahead schedules, maintaining daily reports, coordinating logistics, and supporting project closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with field leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
• Experience with project documentation and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of commercial construction projects and supervise field teams.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of field operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including look-ahead planning.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA requirements, and owner-specific standards.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and activities; report progress to the PM.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, labor tracking, and as-built drawings.
• Assist with punch lists and project turnover; support closeout activities.
