Qualifications

• Strong safety culture alignment with company practices.
• Proficient with basic technology and field reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily on-site supervision of concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure planning and harmony.
• Track progress and report daily/weekly.
• Capture and report field manpower hours accurately.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with solutions.
