Innovative Concrete, LLC is hiring a Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations at project sites in Wyoming. The role requires coordinating crews, resources, safety procedures and ensuring work meets project specifications and our quality standards.

You will communicate with management, address field issues promptly, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in commercial concrete is essential.

Formación

• Experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Previous lead role on commercial concrete projects.
• Ability to read construction plans, layouts, elevations and specifications.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing methods and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee daily operations, including forming, reinforcing, concrete placement, finishing, curing and form removal.
• Coordinate crew assignments, materials, equipment and deliveries to meet schedules.
• Supervise, train and support crew members; monitor attendance and production.
• Maintain daily reports, material usage and project documentation.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with specs; address deficiencies promptly.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain an organized, clean jobsite.
• Perform hands-on concrete work as needed.
