The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial concrete, crew leadership experience, and strong skills in forming, reinforcing, placement, and curing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a concrete crew.
• Strong knowledge of forming, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and curing.
• Ability to read blueprints and elevations.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise concrete crews in daily field operations.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production needs.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, elevations, and layouts.
• Coordinate forming, reinforcing, placement, finishing, curing.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure safety and quality.
• Train and mentor crew members and enforce accountability.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers.
