Job summary

You will partner with Middle Market Leadership, Credit, Underwriting Partners to identify process improvements, hire, onboard, and develop staff, and travel periodically for meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial banking with credit structuring and analysis.
• 5+ years in Commercial Middle Market credit structuring/financial analysis.
• Leadership experience (1+ year) required.
• Strong knowledge of loan and deposit documentation.
• Ability to manage complex deals and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with Regional Sales Executive and Relationship Managers on in-market sales strategy.
• Drive accountability for results of Commercial Analysts.
• Monitor CA workflow for adherence to processes.
• Hire, onboard and train new Commercial Analysts.
• Conduct performance coaching and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with BGPM and HR for ongoing CA training opportunities.
• Plan and manage staff and controllable expenses.
• Occasional travel to meet teams and clients.
