College Bound in St. Louis seeks a Senior Manager of Collegiate Programs to guide staff serving students from senior year of high school through college graduation.

You will lead the planning, implementation, tracking, and improvement of College Completion programming across four‑year and community college pathways, including coaching, enrollment support, financial aid, and career readiness. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in education, social work, nonprofit administration, psychology, counseling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of College Completion programming across four-year and community college pathways.
• Use Salesforce data, feedback surveys, needs assessments, and team documentation to assess program quality and improve student support.
• Ensure student interventions are relevant, timely, evidence-based, and aligned with goals.
