College Bound in St. Louis seeks a Senior Manager of Collegiate Programs to lead staff supporting students from senior year of high school through college graduation.

You will oversee planning, implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of College Completion programming across four-year and community college pathways, including counseling, enrollment support, financial aid guidance, and campus partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Experience in college access/completion or postsecondary education preferred.
• Strong program design, evaluation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of higher education processes including financial aid and campus resources.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, delivery, monitoring, and improvement of College Completion programming across four-year and community college pathways.
• Use Salesforce data, surveys, and assessments to evaluate program quality and drive improvements.
• Ensure interventions are timely, evidence-based, and aligned with goals.
• Review financial aid requests with attention to need and outcomes.
• Support student transitions from College Prep to College Completion.
• Partner with colleges to coordinate campus supports and visits.
• Maintain annual program calendar and materials guiding programming.
• Lead communications and team initiatives across programs.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in college access.
