Qualifications

• Identify technical defects in refrigeration and other facility equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and general warehouse maintenance skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of maintenance professionals in a cold storage facility.
• Lead by example aligning with company values and safety standards.
• Perform refrigeration repairs, monitoring, and full service, including leak checks.
• Coordinate with General Manager on upcoming projects within budget.
• Set up/install new equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-call and weekend coverage for outages and breakdowns.
