Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coiled tubing field experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of coil mechanics, pressure control, and downhole hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site coiled tubing operations, including drillouts, cleanouts and interventions.
• Monitor real-time parameters: pump rates, surface pressures, WOB, returns, torque/drag.
• Adjust operational strategy based on downhole response and modeling.
• Complete accurate daily reports, end-of-well summaries, and incident/NPT reports.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and maintain client communication.
