Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee daily operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Available to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays)
• Meet store operating policies including cash handling and store safety and security
