You will coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, supervise a small team, and ensure top-quality service, safety, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain store policies incl. cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to guide the shift team.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Direct the work of two or more employees and ensure customer service quality.
