You will guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard or customized recipes.
