Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without accommodations.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety, with or without accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
