Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow store policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks for 2+ teammates.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per standard recipes or customized orders.
• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming Starbucks store.
• Ensure quality beverages and food and uphold store safety standards.
