Job summary

[solidcore] Head Coach role in Burlington, MA. This full-time position reports to the Area Manager and coaches an average of 11 classes per week while upholding [solidcore] standards and delivering a best-in-class experience.

You will support studio operations, lead outreach in the community, and provide coach development with in-person training. Expect 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• This is a permanent, exempt, full-time role with a 40-hour week.
• 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio's head coach with an 11-class weekly target.
• Set expectations for coaches and deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Provide coach development and in-studio training support.
• Assist with day-to-day operations under Area Manager guidance.
• Lead outreach and establish long-term community partnerships.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail and promos.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and sales logs; keep studio assets in top condition.
