Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC seeks a manufacturing Process Industrialization engineer to develop and industrialize CNC machining processes, coatings, and related manufacturing methods. You will work hands-on to enable a successful hand-off to production and optimize tool life and safety.

Qualifications include 4+ years in Production Process and Equipment or 8+ years with a HS diploma, excellent communication, and willingness to work on-site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Production Process and Equipment experience or an equivalent combination.
• On-site work in a manufacturing environment in Greenville, SC.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multi-group environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing process development across CNC Machining and coatings with focus on process definition and optimization.
• Develop and industrialize new products and processes for smooth hand-off to production.
• Define process parameters to improve safety, quality, and tool life.
• Support cutting tools selection, tooling strategies, and process conditions.
• Drive tool performance via process and tooling optimization.
• Standardize manufacturing methods and apply lean principles in development.
