• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-complexity manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Experience managing teams and coaching for growth.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to translate technical information for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, document, and execute programs with project-management excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define, control, and optimize production processes, tooling, and equipment to meet high-precision standards.
• Validate design specifications and ensure seamless shop-floor implementation of new products and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Provide direct leadership to your team, staffing, performance development, and creating an inclusive environment where engineers thrive.
• Apply deep technical knowledge and analytical thinking to translate policy into actionable strategy.
• Propose innovative solutions leveraging data, internal expertise, and industry insights to move the needle.
• Act as a technical resource, lead cross-functional projects, and guide team members toward consensus.
