Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years or more of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift license.
• Ability to obtain overhead hoist license.
• Ability to apply basic math and trigonometry to job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor CNC-Operators in duties and responsibilities.
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to the CNC machining team.
• Read blueprints and GD&T callouts to determine tolerances and setup.
• Perform basic shop math and use measuring tools to verify parts.
• Set up machines and load programs with revision control.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping standards are met.
