Qualifications

• Experience with NC lathe and mill operations.
• Knowledge of programming CNC equipment.
• Ability to operate CNC machines effectively.
• Familiarity with tooling vendors and support services.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shop setup and tooling decisions.
• Assist shop lay-out for lean manufacturing and efficiency.
• Help develop production procedures.
• Program CNC equipment and operate NC lathes/ mills.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform counts.
• Conduct regular quality inspections using precision tools.
• Document quality data and drive process improvements.
