Perform machine setups and assist with troubleshooting to maintain workflow efficiency.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and process requirements to guide production.
Ensure all parts meet dimensional requirements using precision measurement tools.
Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement culture.
Monitor production performance and drive process consistency and output.
