Job summary

Integer is seeking a Lead Machinist to assist management with team/departmental operations on the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am, Mon-Thu). You will coordinate daily production, train associates, and ensure safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards.

The role requires a minimum 6 years CNC machining experience and a technical degree or equivalent certification. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Technical degree or certification required
• Minimum Experience: A minimum of 6 years CNC machining experience in all phases. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily production needs that address safety, quality, and productivity.
• Trains associates on operations and procedures; ensures competency of knowledge from training.
• Assures workflow between stations and/or departments, providing parts, supplies and equipment as needed.
• Monitors the standard of work, including quality, safety, and lean manufacturing within the team; audits for completion.
