Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a Lead Machinist to support management with team and department operations on the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years CNC machining experience and strong skills in reading blueprints and GD&T.

The role requires English literacy, basic math, and careful handling of precision parts. Competitive hourly pay with a 22% shift differential and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years CNC machining experience in all phases.
• Ability to read English, interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for machining and work with close tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations.
• Coordinates daily production needs focusing on safety, quality and productivity.
• Train associates and ensure competency; coordinate with leadership and ensure smooth workflow between shifts.
• Perform Machinist and Senior Machinist duties as needed; support continuous improvement initiatives.
