Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota seeks a Lead Machinist to support management with team and department operations on the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am). You will coordinate daily production, set priorities, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards.

Strong CNC, GD&T, and inspection-tool skills are desired. You will help maintain workflow between stations, drive continuous improvement, and support our pay-for-performance program while upholding core values

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent; Technical degree or certification required.
• Minimum Experience: 6 years CNC machining experience in all phases; combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA and QMS.
• Coordinates daily production needs addressing safety, quality, and productivity.
• Establishes priorities, problem solving, and drives department goals.
• Performs Machinist and Senior Machinist duties when needed.
• Trains associates on operations and ensures competency from training.
• Communicates team needs to leadership and suggests improvements.
• Manages workflow between stations, ensuring parts/equipment are available and shifts transition smoothly.
• Monitors quality, safety, and lean manufacturing practices within the team.
• Evaluates systems and processes; recommends modifications if necessary.
• Expands skill base through training, cross training, and job rotations.
• Participates in team efforts focused on continuous improvement; performs other duties.
