We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual lathe equipment to produce precision metal and plastic components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in blueprint interpretation and machining processes, and committed to producing high-quality parts while maximizing machine efficiency and minimizing downtime.

2nd shift is from 3PM to 1AM Monday thru Thursday.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year technical or trade school degree in Precision Machining, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field.
• CNC Lathe machining 2+ years.
• Experience working with a variety of materials, machining practices, CNC programming, and process development.
