Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-precision environment (aerospace or defense preferred).
• Prior leadership or lead machinist experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and deep understanding of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift machining operations and ensure production targets are met
• Set up and machine complex, high-precision components
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues to minimize downtime

Lead CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Overtime: Mandatory as needed
