Job summary

JobScore, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist Lead for the second shift to drive safety, quality and productivity on the shop floor.

You will program, set up and operate CNC equipment, validate tolerances with inspection tools, and guide a skilled team to meet daily targets. The ideal candidate has five years CNC experience (Mazak/Mazatrol preferred), strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years CNC machining experience including programming, set ups and operation.
• CNC machine certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate the CNC equipment in their area.
• Use inspection equipment to validate tolerances.
• Monitor production, shift output, labor performance, scraps and housekeeping.
