Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment, manufacturing precision parts to tight tolerances. The role requires reading blueprints and GD&T, and applying basic inspection methods.

Workers will maintain tooling, monitor cycle times, and ensure dimensional accuracy. The position supports a 4:00pm–2:30am shift, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for lean manufacturing involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience in all phases.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T in English.
• Experience working with close tolerances +/- 0.0002.
• Ability to use basic inspection tools and math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operates and sets up CNC shop equipment with minimal assistance.
• Meets cycle time and yield expectations.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally; uses a microscope as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follows quality and regulatory requirements including FDA-related expectations.
