Door Controls USA is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee CNC mills and lathes in our Texas facility. You will manage daily workflow, enforce safety and quality standards, and guide a team of machinists to meet production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activity in machine shop, and ensure operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Train employees in the proper use of equipment and enforce safety regulations.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Schedule Production to meet customer demand and maintain organized workspace.
• Inspect machining procedures for quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Communicate with other departments to prioritize work.
