Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to lead CNC machining teams and ensure on-time, defect-free production. You will report to the Production Supervisor and drive safety, quality, and productivity across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in CNC environments with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong communication, Lean principles, and CAD/CAM familiarity are a plus. Competitive weekly pay and generous PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet objectives.
• Enforce company work rules and policies.
• Optimize throughput within budgets and cost goals.
• Lead and train employees to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Identify training needs with the Team Leader.
• Promote a safe working environment and growth opportunities.
• Monitor hourly staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Support performance appraisals and staffing planning.
• Collaborate to improve processes and tool paths.
• Supervise CNC machinists, operators, and support staff.
