Responsibilities

• Lead a 1–3 person CNC turning team across two shifts.
• Set up and run 2‑axis and multi‑axis CNC lathes with sub‑spindles.
• Write and edit basic CNC programs in Mastercam; verify setup sheets.
• Monitor cycle times, quality, and uptime; troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform in‑process inspections and document labor/time paperwork.
• Uphold shop safety, PPE compliance, and organized workstation.
