RTCA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to lead the development of machining processes for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis centers and CNC lathes at our Sumner, WA facility. The role emphasizes cutting tool selection, speeds/feeds, and collaboration with tool engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and production staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using Mastercam.
• 5+ years of CNC machining operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exhibits judgment in leading others with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work a full-time onsite position at Sumner, WA.
• Develop machine processes and programs for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes (multi-axis a plus).
• Analyze part drawings and data to determine cuts, tools, and speeds/feeds; debug and test CNC programs.
