Job summary

RTCA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for onsite work in Sumner, WA. You will plan and develop machining processes for 3, 4, and 5-axis centers and CNC lathes, collaborating with tool, manufacturing, quality, and production teams.

• 5+ years’ Experience using Mastercam.
• 5+ years’ CNC machining operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; organized and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine processes and programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes (multi-axis a plus).
• Analyze drawings to determine cuts, tools, speeds, and feeds; debug and test CNC programs.
• Write instruction sheets and tool lists for setup and operation.
• Maintain CNC programs for multiple-axis lathes and mills using CAD/CAM systems.
• Ensure CAD/CAM/CAI data integrity per Quality Assurance Plan and synchronize software revisions.
