Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks an Architect to lead cloud-native architecture across platforms and product lines.

You will guide design, development, testing, and deployment for scalable SaaS products, while coding in new areas to bootstrap teams and mentoring senior engineers. You will collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, drive API strategy, and ensure security-by-design and compliance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 8 years' software design and development with architecture leadership.
• 5 years cloud-native architecture and data pipelines with listed tech.
• 5 years relational and NoSQL databases experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
• 5 years leading full-stack development as architect.
• 5 years Java/NodeJS development for scalable services.
• 5 years frontend with ReactJS guidance.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
• 4 years API integrations and event-driven architectures.
• 5 years multi-tenant SaaS on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• 5 years resilient SaaS across tenants and geographies.
• 4 years data modeling and analytics for workforce planning.
• 4 years architecture standards and design reviews.
• Ability to work independently and communicate well.
• Strong troubleshooting, source control, and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps; strong communication.
• Background check completion as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in incident calls and escalations with guidance.
