Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager II for inflammation, sponsor-dedicated and remote US. You will own end-to-end trial execution from start-up through closeout, leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors to meet milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 3+ years in clinical project management, solid knowledge of GCP/ICH and FDA/EMA regulations, and ability to navigate matrixed organizations while driving operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience with inflammation programs and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead vendor management with external partners and CROs to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior team members and operate within a global matrixed environment.
