Job summary

Alline Laboratory is seeking a Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform moderate to high-complexity testing across chemistry, immunoassay, infectious disease, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while supporting QA/QC initiatives.

The role includes workflow coordination, staff training, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain efficient daily operations in a state-of-the-art CAP-accredited lab in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory testing experience in chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank.
• Experience supporting workflow coordination, staff training, troubleshooting, quality initiatives or laboratory operations.
• Florida State Licensure is not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs, evaluates, interprets, and reports results for chemistry, immunoassay, infectious disease, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank.
• Follows all laboratory procedures to maintain safety, quality, and compliance.
• Participates in hazardous chemical waste training and lab safety procedures.
