Alline Laboratory in the Tampa area is seeking a Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist to oversee high- and moderate-complexity testing across chemistry, immunoassay, infectious disease, hematology, urinalysis and blood bank disciplines. You will follow SOPs, maintain QA/QC programs, and ensure an inspection-ready environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating daily workflow, monitoring turnaround times, maintaining equipment, and supporting the supervisor in quality

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences/Medical Technology or related required
• Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical lab testing experience in chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank
• Experience supporting workflow coordination, staff training, or QC initiatives preferred
• Florida licensure not required, Beckman-Coulter instrumentation preferred

Responsabilités

• Performs and reports results for disciplines including chemistry, immunoassay, infectious diseases, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank
• Follows SOPs to maintain safety, quality, and compliance
• Maintains QA/QC procedures and conducts instrument maintenance
• Trains staff and coordinates day-to-day workflow
• Supports supervisor in ensuring inspection readiness and timely patient results
