• MT(ASCP), MT(AMT), MT(HEW) qualified under CLIA rules (required)
• Bachelor’s degree required to meet CLIA rules
• Experience supervising in a hospital laboratory setting preferred

• Maintains accreditation standards (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, AABB, FDA, OSHA)
• Oversees quality control and proficiency testing
