Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Health Services leader to manage Clinical Care Managers across lines of business. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, guide program development, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role emphasizes process improvement and cross-department collaboration to optimize health outcomes. The ideal candidate brings five years of clinical experience, health plan familiarity, and supervisory skills, with licensure or credentialing in nursing or behavioral

Qualifications

Five years clinical experience including case management.
Three years direct health plan experience in case/utilisation/behavioral health.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Active, unrestricted nursing or allied credential required.

Responsibilities

Lead development and operation of assigned programs or services.
Coach and supervise team members; monitor performance and improve processes.
Oversee orientation and training of new hires.
Conduct annual reviews and participate in promotions/terminations as applicable.
Participate in hiring decisions with leadership and HR.
Monitor workload, timelines, accuracy, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline Health Services operations.
Resolve process-related issues and promote evidence-based tools.
