PacificSource is seeking an experienced leader to manage Clinical Care Managers across lines of business in North Carolina. The role oversees hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team performance, while driving program development and quality outcomes within Health Services.

The candidate will supervise staff, participate in hiring decisions with leadership, and apply Lean methodologies to improve processes and service delivery.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted healthcare license (RN or allied behavioral health credential)
• Experience supervising health-services teams and staff
• Proficiency in program development, assessment, and Lean process improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Knowledge of utilization management and care coordination practices

Responsabilidades

• Take a leadership role in development, implementation, and operation of assigned programs, services, or functions.
• Improve department performance through oversight, coaching, and process improvement; monitor workflow and caseloads.
• Oversee orientation and training of new hires; provide ongoing supervision and annual reviews.
• Lead hiring decisions with Director and HR support; evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor volume, timelines, accuracy, and service quality; drive action on improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners to optimize care delivery and information flow.
• Apply evidence-based tools and promote their use across the team.
